NJR created the Building Blocks for Youth Participation as a solid foundation for policymakers and organizations that want to involve young people for real. Not as a neat step-by-step plan, because meaningful youth participation is complex, messy, and full of trade-offs. That’s why they asked us to build a platform that doesn’t just inspire, but also exposes the friction, the choices, and the reality of what it truly takes to do it right.

The Rubik’s Cube became our starting point. Just like turning, exploring, and solving the cube, the website invites you to play, experiment, and take action. We translated this idea into an interactive navigation that rewards curiosity and movement.

With this platform, NJR brings the abstract ideas of youth participation to life. It inspires policymakers and equips them with the tools to create real change together with young people.
